Bulk-Action via User Interface

The bulk action feature allows users to perform actions like bulk classification, deletion, resetting, or copying IDs after selecting multiple documents.  

Note that bulk actions will fail if any document is locked. You can view and unlock locked documents to proceed with bulk actions. 

Available Bulk Actions

• Assign User
  Assign selected documents to a specific user.
• Classify
  Classify documents or reclassify documents that are currently in progress.
• Done
  Mark selected documents as completed. This action is only available when all fields have been accepted.
• Unlock
  Unlock the selected documents to allow further editing or processing.
  
• Reset
  Reset selected documents.
  • Extraction Reset
    Reset the extraction workflow for the selected documents.
  • Document Reset
    Reset the document to its initial state.
• Copy IDs
  Copy the document IDs of selected documents.
• Training
  Add/Remove selected documents to the training model.
  • Remove from Training
    Remove selected documents from the training model across all workflows.
  • Add to Training
    Add selected documents to the training model across all workflows.
• Delete
  Permanently delete selected documents.
  • Delete and remove documents from training
    Delete documents and removes them from the training dataset.
  • Delete documents and keep in training
    Delete documents but retains their data within the training dataset.
