Once saved, LLM Classification will be enabled for this upload profile.

How to configure LLM Classification for your Document Type

Once your classification mode has been changed, make sure that all document types used in your tenant are correctly configured. Both boxes need to be filled.

  1. The Speaking Name serves as the primary hint for LLM-based document classification. It helps the system quickly identify the type of document based on a clear label.
    • The Speaking Name should contain the document type name only.

    • Do not use special characters, punctuation marks, or long sentences.

    • Keep it short, simple, and descriptive.

  2. The Document Type Hint helps improve the accuracy of LLM Classification by providing additional context about the document type. It guides the model in understanding what kind of content to expect and how to classify it correctly.
