The document viewer makes it easier to work with documents by supporting common tasks like reviewing extracted data, validating fields, and navigating multi-page files. It's built to handle these workflows smoothly, with a focus on usability and clarity. Below, we’ll go through the key features of the viewer and how they support an efficient document review process.
Features
1. Toggle Sidebar
Enabling the Toggle Sidebar will display all available pages of the document. A miniature preview of the document will be shown before opening it in the main viewing area.
2. Jump to Highlight
Only available in Validation, while navigating Fields moves the Viewer to the corresponding Highlight in the Document.
3. Rotate
Only available in Validation, rotates the current page by 90 degrees.
4. Zoom In / Zoom Out
Clicking on the "Actual Size" option in the Zoom toolbar provides access to predefined zoom presets, such as:
- Zoom to Width
- Zoom to Height
- Zoom to Content
Tip: To zoom in or out, click the "-" and "+" buttons on the viewer. Alternatively, hold CTRL on your keyboard while scrolling the mouse wheel to zoom into the preferred area on the page. |

5. Highlighting
Select how to highlight extracted information from the document.
6. Page navigation
Navigate easily through the pages of the document using the Page Selector. This tool enables you to:
- Jump to the first or last page
- Skip forward or backward page by page
- Enter the specific page number you wish to access directly
7. Document navigation
Only available in Configuration, navigate through the uploaded documents to this document types to easily test configuration across different documents. Upload new documents to this document type.
