Our machine learning models are trained with every field validation. Each individual field can be trained across all document types and tenants where it’s used.
While this means everyone can benefit from the efforts of all validators, it also means that if someone continuously provides incorrect training data, others will be negatively impacted as well. Proper validation—including marking the correct values on the documents—is key to improvement for everyone. Whenever you’re unsure about your validation, it’s best for everyone if you enable “Not for training” to exclude your validation from our machine learning models.
Upload Setup for Documents Meant for Training
Web Upload
If the document you are uploading is meant for training, make sure to select the appropriate options in the web upload settings.
API Upload
If you’re uploading via API, choose the corresponding parameters to indicate the document is intended for training.
