Manage API Keys

Learn how to generate and use individual API Keys for the integration of Parashift Platform in your services.

An API key is a unique identifier that authenticates requests associated with your tenant over the Parashift Platform application programming interface (API).

Creating an API Key

Creating a new API Key is simple. 

  1. Open the Parashift Platform and navigate in the main menu to Development / API Keys
  2. Add a new API Key

Deleting


CAREFUL: Deleting an API Key will instantly revoke the access of any integration using this API Key. Only delete an API Key if you are sure it is not used anymore / you want to remove access for an interface permanently.

  1. Open the Parashift Platform and navigate in the main menu to Development / API Keys
  2. On "Edit" you can change the API Key name
  3. If you want to delete an API Key press "Delete"
