Manage access roles and permissions

Learn which access roles and permissions are available and how to use it.

Parashift Platform comes with the following user and permission differentiations


Validation

  • Separation - can view, forward, and close all separation tasks assigned to a tenant, and view the associated documents, or add/alter separation-related data.
  • Classification - can view, forward, and close all classification tasks assigned to a tenant, view the associated documents, add/alter the documents' classification, and see the list of available document types in the document owner tenant.
  • Extraction - can view, forward, and close all extraction tasks assigned to a tenant, view the associated documents, or review/add/alter the documents' fields.
  • Quality Control (QC) - can view and close all QC operations tasks assigned to a tenant, view the associated documents, and review/add/alter the documents' fields, after the documents are Done.
  • Supervisor - can view, forward, and close all validation tasks assigned to a tenant, view the associated documents, add/alter separation-related data, see who worked on thee tasks and for how long, reset documents or can view performance/quality reports for users in a tenant.

Contribution

  • Contributor - can upload, and view documents and fields, or view usage reports.
  • Developer - can upload, view, and export documents and fields. A developer can also reset or delete documents, list tasks, view usage reports, or view/add/remove API keys and webhooks.
  • Configurator - can upload, view, and export documents and fields, reset or delete documents, list tasks, view usage reports. A configurator can also view, forward, and close all validation tasks assigned to a tenant, and view the associated documents, and add/alter separation-related data, or reset documents. A configurator can add, change, remove document types and document type fields, or clone standard document types, and view prediction accuracy reports.

Administration

  • User Admin - can view, add, remove users and assign permissions in a tenant.
  • Admin - can do (almost) everything. However, an admin cannot add/remove an owner.
  • Owner - can actually do everything.
