Support vs. Professional Services

Understand when to contact Support and when your request requires Professional Services

Parashift offers both Support and Professional Services to ensure every customer receives the right type of help, whether it’s fixing an issue or optimizing your setup.

Support (if included in your subscription)

Support assists you with issues related to the operation, stability, or expected behavior of the Parashift Platform.

Typical Support requests include:

  • The platform or an integration is not working as expected (e.g., system errors, outages, or unexpected behavior)
  • You need clarification about product functionality or available configuration options beyond our knowledge base articles
  • You require guidance to resolve an issue independently
  • Something that used to work suddenly produces incorrect or missing results

Goal: Provide quick and effective assistance to ensure smooth platform operation.
Support focuses on troubleshooting, not on designing, building, or optimizing your individual setup.

Professional Services (billed as a separate service)

Professional Services help you optimize, extend, or customize your Parashift setup beyond standard support coverage.

Typical Professional Services requests include:

  • You want to improve platform performance, such as prediction accuracy or automation rates
  • You need help setting up or adjusting workflows, models, or configurations
  • Your use case requires custom logic, integration, or tailored automation
  • You want an in-depth analysis or optimization of process efficiency
  • You need assistance with data validation, retraining, or project implementation

Goal: Deliver consulting, expert-led analysis and implementation to improve performance, scalability, or fit for your specific business processes.

Rule of thumb:
Contact Support if something stopped working or you need operational guidance. Contact Professional Services if you want to add new functionality, enhance performance, or extend existing capabilities.
