Validation required
Check this box if you want to add configured manual validation to the automated classification and extraction steps. -
Upload Profile
Select an existing upload profile for the document. -
Document Type
Select an existing document type for this document. Only document types with the status “live” are listed. If you don’t select a document type, it will be chosen automatically during the Classification step or can be validated manually. -
Not for training
Check this box if you do not want to add the document for machine learning model training. (This is useful for test runs when the automatically extracted data isn’t sufficiently validated.) -
Upload file(s) or folder(s)
Select the files you want to upload from a folder, or drag and drop the documents into the interface.
Limits and Prerequisites
- The base64-encoded file must be PDF, JPG, PNG, or TIFF.
- The minimum file size is 100 bytes (anything smaller is considered an error).
- The maximum file size is 20 MB.
- The maximum page count is 500.
Note: Users can upload other file types such as Word or Excel. While the platform cannot automatically process these formats, users can still upload, classify, and extract data manually.
