We would like to remind all users about upcoming API changes related to the ongoing infrastructure migration. These changes will be rolled out gradually until October 2026.

Introducing the new Home Page
We’ve introduced a new Home Page that gives you a quick overview of important information across the platform.
After logging in, you’ll now land directly on the Home Page, where helpful widgets and key information are available at a glance. You can also access the Home Page anytime from the left-side menu.
The new Home Page makes it easier to stay informed and quickly navigate to what matters most.
- Platform Status — Check the current status of the platform and see whether all services are operating normally.
- Contact Card — Quickly find contact details for Support and your Account Manager.
- Quick Access — Get one-click access to important platform guides and helpful resources.

The following features are planned for an upcoming release:
- Notification Status — Stay up to date with important notifications and updates.
- Tenant Quota — Keep track of your monthly page quota and usage.
- Volume Overview — Get a quick overview of your document volumes, with additional volume insights.

Faster loading in the Overview section
We’ve updated the behavior of the Overview section to improve performance and prevent loading issues.
Previously, the Overview displayed numbered pages for all relevant documents and showed the total document count. As the number of documents grew, this could result in longer loading times and, in some cases, timeouts.
The Overview now:
- Uses Previous and Next buttons instead of numbered pages.
- Counts up to the first 1,000 documents. If there are more, the count will display as 999+.
To see the exact number of documents in a section, simply click the “999+” document count at the bottom of the page. 
If your document volume cannot be loaded, you’ll be notified.
All of your documents remain fully accessible. As before, you can:
- Use the search box to find a specific document.
- Use filters to narrow down the list of documents. (We’ll be improving this next 😉)
This change makes the Overview faster and more reliable while ensuring you can still find and access all of your documents through search and filtering.
