For every field, one can configure the validation setting in order to facilitate the document validation process in the desired way.
"Read Only"
If the option "Read Only" is enabled, the field is set to read only. Cannot be modified.
"Coordinates required"
Training in Parashift Platform works by coordinates of values. This allows the environment of the value to be analyzed and a set of rules to be derived. If the "coordinates required" option is set, a value can no longer be entered exclusively via the keyboard, but must be drawn using the mouse.
"Free-floating coordinates"
Allow for annotating any region of document (useful when no token around region available).
"Required?"
When this option is enabled, the field becomes required for validation based on the defined thresholds. For all newly created fields, the Required? option is automatically disabled.
"Whiteout"
When this option is enabled, you can hide specific data on the document.

"Help message"
These messages are available only in the field configuration and cannot be accessed through the Advanced tab.
If a help message is defined, this hint is displayed beside the question mark, in this case "Purchase order number".

A warning does not prevent the completion of a document.
